I hold a bachelor's degree in Philosophy from University of Southern Maine, and a Master of Fine Arts in Dance from the University of Colorado at Boulder, with a secondary focus in digital media studies; at CU I taught Contemporary Dance Technique, Dance & Pop Culture, and other courses, and also earned a Certificate in College Teaching. I have been editing for 7 years, and teaching for over 15 years, and I am currently on staff at the Arvada Center for the Arts and Humanities.

I have been a filmmaker since 2013, with films screening at festivals in the US, Sweden, Brazil, and Trinidad & Tobago, and I currently serve as Executive Director and Artistic Co-Director of Sans Souci Festival of Dance Cinema.
