Luke Francis reported to me at Daimler Trucks North America supporting Engineering’s training program and company events. I was consistently impressed by his work ethic, production knowledge, eye for detail, cinematography, photography, production skills, and willingness to engage with our subject matter experts. He exceeded expectations. His high quality, engaging content contributied to a 100% increase in employee training engagement, 2019 over 2018. Luke has the combined talent and drive to succeed in any endeavor he chooses to pursue.

Luke worked on my team for about a year as our department's first videographer. Luke blew our expectations out of the water from the very beginning. He did an incredible job at storytelling, coming up with unique shots, and bringing innovative ideas to our marketing efforts from a video perspective. Luke was truly someone who pushed himself every day to become better at his craft, never settling for status quo. After Luke moved on from our department, I spoke with the dean of the videography department at our local university about him, and the dean said that in his years in the role, Luke was the most talented videographer he had ever seen come through. Apart from his talent, Luke is just a joy to work with. He is pleasant, kind, open to ideas, and extremely personable. I simply cannot say enough good stuff about Luke, he is really fantastic to work with.
