Hello! I am a freelance photographer and videographer who is just starting out. I shoot using a Nikon D5200, and a small light kit. But don’t let the lack of high-end equipment dissuade you. As a former news photographer, I am a master of using less and getting more from what I have. I’ve been shooting video for nearly 10 years on simple point and shoot camcorders and professional cameras, and have edited on programs as simplistic as Windows Movie Maker and iMovie, to professional editing software such a Edius & Adobe Premiere. When working on a project, it is important to have a clear end goal, and ensure each object in a frame belongs there, adding to the story. A single picture is worth 1000 words, and there are 30 to 60 pictures in one second of video. I am willing to sit down and work with you to ensure that we have a clear picture of what you want the final product to look like, and work towards that goal.
