Sage Love, is an award winning, Haitian born, Brooklyn raised Spiritual Filmmaker and Photographer. Love has written, directed and produced numerous short films over the past five years. His films are screen at film festivals both in the U.S and overseas and are currently streaming on indie SVOD sites such as KwaliTV and ShortsTV. Love creates films that challenge social norms and brings awareness to urban black communities; telling their stories with authentic representations. In the aftermath of the George Zimmerman trial in 2013, where Zimmerman was found not guilty of shooting unarmed teenager Trayvon Martin, Love channeled all of his emotions to produced the film 'HOODY: The Trayvon Martin Experience'. ‘HOODY’ was screened at 14 film festivals in the U.S. and had an international premiere in Finland where the film won both the Audience and People's Choice awards. His photographies have been published on numerous indie magazine sites and his film continues to start conversations.
