Videographer Job in Vancouver, British Columbia

We will need to retain a videographer to access the building (ideally before occupant interior upgrades/finishing construction) to get video images of the following: • drone video at approx. 580-foot radius around the site to show the landscape/shading from adjacent buildings (including Vancouver House located just south of Artscape). Ensure all drone flight paths are permitted in city without street/sidewalk closures. • drone video at approx. 65-foot radius around the building to show all elevations and mechanical systems on the roof top. • drone video/virtual tour through the basement level that includes 360-degree view of one change room and the bike storage room (southeast corner) and finish tour inside the elevator (showing elevator doors closing). • drone video/virtual tour through Level 1 (lease space) that starts outside front entrance vestibule (west elevation) and fly’s through open doors into the space to start the tour finish at the kitchen area. • drone video/virtual tour through Level 3 (lease space) that starts inside the elevator (showing elevator doors opening) and fly’s through into the space to start the tour and fly’s through an open window on west elevation to see the green roof and outdoor view. • drone video/virtual tour through Level 7 (lease space) that starts inside the elevator (showing elevator doors opening) and fly’s through into the space to start the tour and general views through the open floor plan. • drone video/virtual tour through Level 7 (lease space) that starts inside the elevator (showing elevator doors opening) and fly’s through into the space to start the tour and general views through the open floor plan. • drone video/virtual tour through roof top that circles around the three mechanical systems outlined in red below.
