Videographer Job in San Antonio, Texas

I would like to make this vision I keep repeatedly having into a commercial. I don't have a huge budget and don't want to disrespect anyone by lowballing. So I'm really looking for creatives who are maybe new, student or wanting to expand their portfolio and working with me would greatly benefit them also. Please reach out, if curious. Once I find videographer and we agree on the complete vision. We'll have to find diverse male/female models. Agree on outdoor location. And should probably get a MUA also. I will then hire a video editor with tv/commercial background. I'm hoping to get the end product on hulu ads.
