RXinsider is looking for an experienced and motivated video/multimedia production specialist to build out our video content and platform. This person enjoys the challenge of learning new things (details of various markets, technology, etc), while using advanced tools, knowledge, and expertise in video creation/editing, graphic design, and social media. This candidate also enjoys a fast paced work environment, occasional travel to collect content, and working in a team environment to achieve common goals. Position Location: West Warwick, RI Multimedia Production Specialist Responsibilities: Video producer/editor in all phases of production including: shooting, interviewing/scheduling, writing, animation, editing, graphic design, music selection, voiceover management, and distribution (social media). Creation of four types of videos: - Product training videos for internal and external use (2-5 minute videos) - Promotional videos for our products (1-3 minute videos) - Simple promotional videos for our clients (1-3 minute videos) - Interview videos of industry thought leaders (3-8 minute videos) Responsible for social media strategy development and execution across social media platforms (YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter) Achieve weekly and monthly video production goals Position Requirements: Bachelor Degree in communication, television/radio, or commensurate experience 2-3 years of video editing / production experience Strong portfolio / demo reel of experience - Must be able to shoot, write and edit all content (one-man-band). Strong knowledge of online video formats, YouTube, Vimeo and other video hosting technologies, and strong understanding of emerging web-video trends and technologies Expertise with post-production software (Final Cut, Avid, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and other Creative Cloud software, etc) Motion graphics design and animation experience Exceptional work ethic Great attention to detail Strong organizational and multitasking skills Outstanding communication skills both verbal & written Ability to prioritize and work independently with minimal supervision Ability to work effectively in a team environment Travel (attend 4-8 national industry trades shows to conduct interviews) Experience with Skype, Google Docs, Gmail & Google Calendar About RXinsider: RXinsider is a multimedia and technology company.
