Videographer Job in Austin, Texas

I'm looking for a videographer with editing skills, that can work with me to improve retention on my YouTube videos. I know the majority of what needs to be done, but editing the changes is eating into my shooting time. My style of editing won't take that long to pick up for any experienced editor, but just getting down the timing of peak moments, J-cuts, and a few other strategies is what the bulk of my work will involve (frame..... is a good tool for this). You can expect me to provide a decent brief that gives you direction on how the video should be edited. That way you can save time and reduce decision making (I know that can be tiring).
