Videographer in Raleigh, North Carolina

I am a professional, award-winning videographer and editor with an Associate's degree in Public Affairs and a Bachelor's degree in Communications. I got my professional training through the US Air Force at the Defense Information School and spent four years shooting and editing news videos, documentaries and non-narratives around Europe, Africa, The Baltics and all across the United States. I have covered humanitarian topics, military training, non-profit organizations, soft news, hard news, civilian stories, wounded warriors, weddings, advertising commercials, and promotional videos for businesses. I now work at WRAL News in Raleigh, NC but I am looking for more freelance work. I own all my own equipment, including DSLR Nikon camera, wireless lavalier microphone, boom mic, three point lighting, tripod, and slider. I also have my own Adobe Premiere Suite editing software and am a highly skilled, award winning editor. I have won several first and second place awards through the Department of Defense and United States Air Force. I am very interested in shooting any and all kinds of video to improve my portfolio and increase my expertise.
