Videographer Job in Oak Ridge, North Carolina

I need an experienced video tech person who is willing to work with me personally (in person). I have a video that runs 3:41 of the beach i recently stayed at. The nature of this video is basically just of the sky, clouds, and crashing waves. I will be uploading this video to Youtube once the editing is in place. The editing help i seek are the basics like zooming, some freeze framing, and some color changing filters. There won't be any background music needed. I have the video with me on a flash drive as well as on a computer file and on the smart phone where it was recorded. I have spoken with a couple potential techs but the first one had it for 3 days and was too busy to even look at it. The second guy had some sort of complex with meeting at a starbucks/barnes&noble, and just wanted to do it by himself. This video has very high potential to be seen by millions of viewers, which is exactly why i need to add possible recommendations or judgement calls during its editing process. I am willing to compensate the RIGHT person between $70-$80 per hour. However long it takes is fine with me. And if all goes well, i will have a couple more similar videos that need editing as well. There is nothing crude, violent, sexual, copyrighy infingement or anything like that on my video. All it shows is the ocean, waves, cloud formations, sky, and the balcony from which it was recorded. Doing the editing with myself present is what i need, so please consider that part before you decide to respond.
