Videographer Job in Bedford, Texas

We are holding a company meetings this Friday, 10/13, from 3PM-5PM in a conference room at a hotel in Bedford (off HWY 121 and Murphy) and we are wanting to have someone video our event. The event is a service launch for our company, so we’ll have presentations given then fun activities for employees to interact. We are looking for someone to volunteer to film this event. The hours would be from 2PM (setup) to 5PM when the event ends. We prefer someone has their own equipment to use but can provide if necessary.
