Videographer Job in Louisville, Kentucky

I have limited experience with various programs (from iMovie to MovieMaker to FinalCut), but I'm looking for someone to show me the ins and outs of a simple, intuitive, and relatively inexpensive video editing program made for Windows. I have a MAC also, but my laptop is an IBM so I'm looking for Windows software. Please help me find the best one. There are hundreds (thousands?) of freeware options online, and I'm looking for the one that is easiest to learn--with your help. I'm not trying to make a feature film; I don't want to be a pro. I just wish to produce three-minute vids for YouTube. Or even not for YouTube. But I want to make them as professional looking as possible (within reason). I value anyone's time with these skills, so let's please negotiate on what your time is worth. This gig may involve just one meeting where you can introduce me to a program and then tutor me on how to do the fundamentals. Once I know the basics, I'll be good to go. Anyone? Thanks, Chris
