Videographer wanted

Greetings, We are a new video production company in Mobile, AL . We are looking for a videographer to put on contract there would be steady minimal base pay for when's there's no jobs and commission when there is a job. You don't have to be very experienced but at least have a few videos you've made and be prepared to show us what you can do!
