Videographer Job in Ville-Marie, Quebec

I am María Cajo and writing this ad because we are looking for a professional videographer to help us recording a Masterclass. We are a company that helps pharmaceutical industry clients build innovative therapies by providing Medical Affairs services and we are between Spain and Portugal. This time we are helping our client organizing a Masterclass in Canada. The Masterclass will be June 7th from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm in The Institut du Cancer de Montréal. The most ideal setup and execution would be to do the following: 2 camera setup (one camera in the back of the room and one camera closer to the speaker) 1 microphone for the speaker to record the audio separately. 1 microphone to ask questions from the audience and to record this separately. Also, an option would be: 1 camera medium close shot of the speaker 1 microphone for the speaker to record the audio separately. The Keynote/PowerPoint can be in the shot as well. I would like to know if you have availability for that date and also if you could send me a budget for both options. Please, let me know any question.
