Videographer Job in Ville-Marie, Quebec

My girlfriend is from Montreal and we are visiting to see her family in October. I would like to propose at the top of Mount Royal on October 8, possibly near sunset (6:20pm), but the timing isn't set in stone as of right now. I would love to hire someone to video the proposal then gather other footage to go into the video. It will take less than an hour of your time. Footage of us at Kondiaronk Belvedere capturing the city from the overlook would also be ideal. I may also possibly need video editing as well to compile this footage into a stylistic video between 1 and 2 minutes in length. Bonus points if you have access to a lapel mic to capture the proposal and a bluetooth speaker to surprise her and enhance the moment for us with a custom track that I will provide.
